Mark My Words - Here are the pro and college lines that I would put money on, and why:

Philadelphia +3.5 over TENNESSEE - Regardless of who's playing quarterback for the Eagles, they've got a pretty good team. They've also performed better on the road so far this season than they have at home.

CHICAGO +3 over Washington - Mike Martz and Rod Marinelli aside, I'm a little puzzled as to why Washington is favored by 3 in Chicago. Matt Forte has done most of his damage this season through the air, and Washington has one of the worst defenses in the league when it comes to defending running backs catching the ball out of the backfield.

Michigan State -4.5 over NORTHWESTERN - While this is Michigan State's first game outside of the state of Michigan, playing in Chicago is practically a home game for the Spartans. Most importantly, Michigan State should be able to move the ball at will against the Wildcat defense and shut down their one dimensional pass happy spread offense.

Wisconsin - IOWA under 48 points - With two physical defenses going against each other in a rivalry game, I don't see the total points going above 44.
